a few opinions... you either 1) love capos, 2) have a very talented band around you, or 3) you're crazy. (in order to pull off those keys)
but nice song selection.

I would say 1-3 are all correct.
Capos are my friend.
For Revolutionary Love, I capo 4 and use a cut capo on 6 and play in the key of E.
For the other ones (Bb), it's capo 3, baby!
the electric guitarist who is playing this weekend probably will not capo.
This week, I have probably my best lineup band-wise.

I love those keys (Bb especially), with two guitar players, one on capo one on normal or lead we fill it out a lot.

I'm not sure if I will be doing the song in G or F. F is mor comfortable for me to lead in when you get to the chorus. But G is what the majority of the songs are in... so it just depends how the practise goes to determine what key I will be doing it in
