Awsome Story
Question: hey guys check this out.... i was in mexico on a missions trip and i forgot to tell my bass player that there would be no worship sunday morning (pray for me that i'll remember to tell ppl when there is no prac) and he was bummed cause he didn't get to sleep in. well neways, one of my guitar students, the bass player, and another kid that me and another guy have been teachin guitar did worship! it was so cool to hear that God is using ppl to do a work! Answer: I love hearing stories like this. We have a few kids in our group now who are interested in instruments, and I think there's a lot of potential. We're working on a plan to get them involved, and a plan to teach them and start them off on the right foot. One kid plays drums now, but he doesn't really like them anymore. He likes guitar, a lot, and he wants to sing. He's not ready yet, but hopefully, he's going to be ready to lead worship by the time I graduate and leave, which will be next summer. Stories of growth and expansion are always encouraging. Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
