I've always been partial to Mark Lowry's "Mary, Did You Know?" for modern Christmas music.
"We Three Kings" is also a favorite, but that's only because I sing an alternate version that's quite funny.

Do you think that the "Christmas Song" by Dave Matthews Band is inappropriate to sing in a church setting? I don't see really anything immediate that I think someone would find offensive or blasphemous.
