This is just of knowledge, I didn't use my guitar to listen, so don't criticize me if this isn't what you want.
D/C# is just a D with a C# in the base
So take a D..... and a C#

g|-2
d|-0
a|--
E|--
And put em together
e|-2
b|-3
g|-2
d|-x
a|-4
E|-x
you get rid of the d because if there was a d and a c# it would be a terrible dischord
Or powerchord

Or Barre Chord

Again, if its not right, don't criticize me. There are a lot of ways to play every chord, so go to tabrobot.com and in the links, there is a link to a chord generator there for more variations.

where the D' string is open, but tonality is up to the user
in any case - meaning you can mute it also as bigfatape828
