Matt Redman's new song at Passion 05?

Question:
This is a bit of a long shot, but does anyone here happen to know the lyrics and chords for the new song that Matt Redman introduced at the Passion '05 conference?
I only vaguely remember the chorus:
All over the world, your song will resound
All over the world, your praises ring out
We're waiting to see your name and renown
All over the world

Answer:
I don't have chords...if anyone does, post them!!! And I don't have all the lyrics. But this is what I have...if you can add to it, please do! =)
Verse 1:
Long before the world began
The stars they sang and all the angels
shouted for joy, they shouted for joy
...Your people they have always had
a song they must sing, a song they must sing
Pre-chorus:
We are the people of God
We'll sing Your song here on the earth
Chorus:
All over the world Your song will resound
All over the world Your praises ring out
We're living to see Your name and renown
All over the world
Verse 2: (the little I remember)
...every nation tribe and tongue
will join in the song, join in the song...
Pre-chorus
Chorus
Bridge 1:
Great is Your name and great will be Your song
(repeat)
Bridge 2:
We lift up our hands and pray
We lift up our hands and pray
For holy is Your name
Good luck! The CD, "How Great Is Our God," live from Passion 05, comes out April 12! =)

Also, there are links to other audio clips from the upcoming Passion CD at http://www.chordant.com/newreleases/...rtist_id=67678, though you'll need to fix the typo in the all the links manually.

From the clip, here are the rest of the lyrics:

We are the people of God
We'll sing Your song here on the earth
Chorus:
All over the world Your song will resound
All over the world Your praises ring out
We're living to see Your name and renown
All over the world
Verse 2:
Young and old, near and far
There's a place for every heart
To join in Your song, join in Your song
Every nation, tribe, and tongue
Come together, join as one
Give glory to God, glory to God
Pre-chorus
Chorus
Bridge 1:
Great is Your name and great will be Your song
(repeat)
Bridge 2:
We lift up our hands and pray
We lift up our hands and pray
For holy is Your name
Answer:
took pretty long to figure them out...if you don't like playing songs in the key of B, just put the capo on second and play the whole thing in A...
I'm not sure if all of them are correct...but they seem alright..
Praise God!

you can play bridge 1 with A, E, B and the last line in the chorus should be:

Answer:
Cool, thanks a lot! I'll give these chords a try soon.
Btw I got my copy of the new Passion CD in the mail today. Seems that everyone who pre-ordered a copy should be getting theirs over the next few days. On the included video, Matt Redman plays this song using key of G chords with capo 4 to bring it up to B.
