I can't find this song anywhere!! We used to play it in my Youth Group all the time, but our youth pastor moved away last year. I think it's in E, it goes like,

It has been a long time for me, so I can't really say whether it's entirely correct...it does seem to fit the melody that's in my head, although the "Through faith in You
I know that I can be" part seems strange to me...anyway, there ya go...
Here's a tip for the future for finding at least the lyrics to any song for which you know at least some...go to google, then in quotes put in the few lyrics you know and search...it works out great a lot of the time...
