Need help with playing during a skit!
Question: I really need help with this: I am playing the guitar during a skit where the person is very happy(I play a happy melody), then takes off a mask, and is very sad/dark(I play a dark melody during this). What I play for the happy melody is this: E- A- D-2----------------------------------- G-------1-----2-----4-----2-----1----- B---0-----0-----0-----0-----0------0-- e-----0-----0-----0-----0-----0------0 (You pluck the D-G strings with your thumb, and play the B-e strings with your index and middle finger) I repeat that about two-three times, then I pause, and I go to the dark part: E-1-4-3 A-1-4-3 D-1-4-3 I repeat this about four times, then I play an E5 for about 2-4 beats. E5 E-0 A-2 D-2 I then go back to the happy part, then back to the dark part, then back to the happy part and finish it. I also thought about putting a capo on the third or fifth fret and playing the happy part, then taking it off for the dark part. Suggestions are welcome! It is for a Missions Trip to Mexico. Answer: Someone please help! Answer: No one will even give me a "Gee, that looks alright"? I have now considered playing: E F F# E------------------------------------------------------ A- 9------------------------10-------------------------Do the F#. D----11----------------11------12----------------12---Then go back G-------11---------11---------------12---------12-----to E. B----------10---10---------------------11---11-------- e-------------9---------------------------10----------- (I pluck with al four fingers: PIMA) I am going for sad, and right now, that is all I could come up with in 10 minutes this morning.
