That's the violin solo.
The chords in the song are E Am C# and B in that order through out the entire song so you can play those notes with it. At the Bridge the chords are E Am C# and C (repeat) than its F# A at "gather my insufficiencies and..." and at "place them in your hands" you go back to E Am C# B. yeah, that's essentially what those two tabs have, so you don't have to go through the trouble of dling the program, etc. but I'd get it anyway and check out all the powertabs ppl have done.
