Stage Coach

Question:
I am looking for the words to a song I heard 15 years ago. Maybe you can help. I Know parts of the song but need the rest.
Stage Coach.
In the morning just as I awoke
a stage came into town
drawn by six white horses
hoofs that thunderd on the ground
the driver lept down from the coach
as people gatherd 'round
and he cried..
This stage is glory bound.
Anybody know this song?
Answer:
I know this songand have a recording of it. We did this song about 25 years ago with Diaconia, a group from our church. My friend put this song together I think, but he went to be with the Lord serveral years ago. I am tring to find the music for this song now. I have part of the music but cassette is preey rough now.
Thanks In Christ.

I wish I had a copy of "This Stage is Glory Bound" to share with you, but I only remember the words in my head. Remember the chorus?
Some stood by to listen
While others turned away
{word} climbed abord and said they'd love to wait
He said you'll need no ticket friend
You know your fairs' been paid
Calling ooooohh the lost and found
This stage is glory bound
I always believed it came out of the Jesus movement in Southern California. There were a couple of places out there that might have a clue. Chuck Smith (Love Song) founded a church, I wish I could remember it's name, that has spread nation wide. They might have the words in their archives. The other place is called Melodyland. It was a large church out there (So.Cal) across from Disneyland, and it may still be there for all I know.
I hope that helps.

Did you ever find the rest of the words to Stagecoach? I too have been searching for the rest of the words. Its one of my favorite Guitar tunes but I only remember this part:
In the morning just as I awoke
a stage came into town
drawn by six white horses
hoofs that thunderd on the ground
the driver lept down from the coach
as people gatherd 'round and he cried..
This stage is glory bound.
xxx.xxx.xxx where two men stood to fight
motioned to the hired gun......
xxx.x.x.x.and he cried..
This stage is glory bound.
Chorus:
Some stood by to listen
While others turned away
A few began to climb climbed abord and said they'd love to wait
He said you'll need no ticket friend
You know your fairs' been paid
Calling ooooohh the lost and found
This stage is glory bound
Night began to trickle to the edges of the town
xxxx.x.x..x.x
x.x.x..x.x
xxx.xxx..

Chorus...
You are correct about it coming from Southern Calif. I grew up in Calvary Chapel with Chuck Smith and it did come from one of the bands sho played there often. I now live in MO and am trying to get the rest of the words.
Please reply.. Thanks.
