Yes, the song is published. Their website is www.mercyme.org (note the org and not com). It was put out by them before, but it was just re-released on their latest album called "Almost There" that came out a couple months or so ago. There are chords at their site for all of their songs.
About the song... A friend of mine and I performed this at our church's homecoming celebration this past Sunday before 400 or so people. He was on electric making up a lead part as we went along and I sang and played acoustic. It was SO AWESOME...words can't describe the emotion we had flowing that afternoon. Such a song of worship...one of the best I've ever heard. The acoustic guitar ringing out while his electric screamed a slow lead line as if it were crying...and we were in the gym for the program so there was that natural reverb and echo in there so my voice echoed throughout the place...just an awesome experience folks. One of those times where you wonder if it can get any better than that....and then, of course, you think about the words! We were IN THE ZONE that afternoon.....might've been 400 people there but we didn't know it because we were singing and playing our hearts out for an *audience of One*! Woohoo! I wanna play again!

No they don't have the chords up there...they used to have them up there right after Spoken For came out but they took them off when they re-did the site So you can find the song in the archives here but unfortunately they don't have it on their site
