I'ts difficult to explain how you strum. At least for me it is anyways. The way I learn how to strum is to listen to the song about a million times. I'm exaggerating a bit. just listen to the song, if you have it on a cd, and play along with it. or if you don't you know how the song goes, sing it in your head as you strum your guitar. You should be able to figure it out. let me know if this helps of not

true. I realize that now that you've mentioned it Thanks for clearing that up. I personally haven't mastered the finger picking for heart of worship. Until I do; I shall strum on.
bigjkirk16 I'm sorry if I haven't helped any. There is really no wrong or right way to strum. sometimes it may sound bad or good, it's happened to me before. But I worked at it until I was satisfied it sounded good. If you are musically inclined it should come easy for you and you can completely ignore my gibberish. good luck
