Is there anyone out there who might be able to make the chords / tabs (preferably chords) to those two songs by Switchfoot? I really like the songs and would love to learn how to play them.

An excellent tab for "Daisy" can be found here (to match the album, you have to tune down to C#-G#-C#-F#-A#-D#). I haven't found any real 'chords' that are accurate for it.
That site has a couple of versions of "The Shadow Proves The Sunshine", but I don't have my guitar handy right now, so I can't tell you which version is best.
