Question:
I need help with chords for a new song, I don't even know what the title is, maybe "How Great."
You can see and hear the song online, at http://www.722.org. Just click on the 'Watch 7:22' button, and then view Part 2 - Radically reshaping our conversations with God. The song begins at the 38 minute mark.
As far as I can tell, the song is using chords from the key of C, with a capo on 1. I think the "tonic" chord of sorts for lack of better terminology, is a C/F#.
maybe something like:
232010 or 232013 or 232030
I think an Am/F# might be used also, same forms but with an open 5th string like:
202010 or 202013 or 202030
Can anyone help me out?

Basically you just play:
C E7 Am7 G F G
