There's a soundclip there also if you need it to figure out the chords. Sounds pretty simple and straight forward too. Let me know if you need help with it and maybe I can get to it this weekend, but if you can figure out the key, it should fall into place for you.

I don't think any of the "Glory" ones on the site are it. I may be wrong because I have not actually heard any of them, but the author's listed are not the same from glancing through.
