I'm not real big on tablature, so I think the site needs some more chord charts.
Answer:
Well... once you get past the especially easy songs that only have basic chords, tablature is really the best way to transcribe things. You can't transcribe guitar solos or lead lines with chords, because well, they aren't chords.
