here's what i have so far. this is the intro and what he plays through most of the song. behind it there's either a guy on some bongos or like tapping on his guitar or some sort. this is just the guitar part. and i wrote in all of the strumming too, and the muted strums as well. but you should be able to just pick out the chords and the hammer ons and slides and such.
the tuning is different, tune your G string down a half step.

Okay - I've never tabbed anything out like this before - but here is my contribution: I don't think that i have it totally right yet, but I think this is closer:

It sounds to me like the notes played are an octive higher, and that the other fingering was too hard ( at least for me ) I doubt that I've picked out all the right strings, but I also like that this doesn't require a tune-down.
