Art of Breaking - TFK tabs!!
Question: Help me, I'm in dire need of TFK tabs from their newest album, it's so good, and I need tabs so I can play the songs...mainly solo tabs, but I mean, if you do the solo, why not just figure out the rest of the song eh? lol. Peace, Answer: I may be able to get a few done before too long. Answer: I just submitted make me a believer. I submitted move about a month ago, back when it was only on purevolume, but I don't think its going to get added. oh well. I learned how to play go today so it shoudn't be too long before I get that one out. Answer: Dude, you rock! Think you could do Absolute, Art Of Breaking, or Hand Greanade any time soon? If not thats cool, but we need as many TFK tabs as possible. Answer: I'll definitely be able to do art of breaking, and maybe hard grenade. it'll take a while if I try to get all the lead parts, though. Answer: Man, I love you, you're my new best friend!! These songs are amazing, and I love them all! btw- have you figured out any of the soloing? *crosses fingers* Answer: I can, it'll just take a while. I can't play a lot of it, but I'll be able to tab it. Answer: Yes, you are awesome! I love you and your family forever! Answer: Originally Posted by ChurchPunk 2 Yes, you are awesome! Answer: I submitted the art of breaking today. finally got all the lead stuff finished up. don't know when it will get added. until then, you can download the copy i have. it opens in microsoft word, but I would suggest using notepad. tell me what you think. p.s. the song is in drop D, tune down 1 1/2 steps. B,F#,B,E,G#,C#. Just drop the e string to d, then tune all strings down 1 1/2 steps. if you don't do this, you won't be able to play the low part in the verses. Answer: Thank you I love you forever, but does that then mean that the songs are in Drop B? Cause that's crazy low. what if I just buy a 7 string guitar and tune the the bottom 6 strings up? lol. If these songs are drop b that means I can play puppet again! Sweet. and please continue to put up whatever songs you get done here, so I can learn them, cause the guy who does it in the section is a tool lol, j/k Answer: yeah, drop b is a quicker way of saying it, but not as accurate. but,yes...its drop b. The soloing in make me a believer, the stuff at the end, when it's given'r over top the chorus, it sounds different each time, but you only have one solo riff under the chorus, and what about the soloing durring the intro, after they play the chorus, it does it like twice I think. Any help you can give me, will only futher fuel my desire to build a city in your honor. Answer: yeah, to be honest, I didn't notice that the lead part changes (its not really a solo cuz trevor's singing,) during the last chorus. but I had pretty much already finished up and didn't go back and change it. during the little riff before the 2nd verse, I couldn't really tell what he was doing, some kind of bend or something. Oh, ok, well if you happen to figure it out, I'd be really greatful if you'd tab it out for me, and send it to me, or post it up here, I'm kinda a freak when it comes to learning TFK songs, and since, you seem to have a better ear for it....or, maybe if you had msn or something, you could teach me how to use power tab editor, I have it on my computer, but I don't know how to use it.
