How do you guys want a girl to tell you that she (after praying and contemplation) doesn't think that it would work out between you two? After the emotions have been brought into play a little on both parties? Do you guys have any tried and true advice.

Yeah, don't beat-around-the-bush. And most importantly, make sure you are honest. Don't give him lame excuses, where he'll end up frustrated trying to figure out what they mean. Be forthright and explain yourself as much as possible.

Say it like it is, although that's already been said. However, I think during the whole praying/contemplation time, the girl should bring it to the guys attention that she's feeling this way. My girlfriend just thought, "Well, I don't think we should be together because we don't really belief the same things." Well, perhaps, but first of all, both of us didn't even know exactly what it was we believed differently, and secondly, was it a belief so important that should cause a breakup? We never really got to discuss it. It just ended.
So, in short, tell it like it is, but at least figure things out before it happens. I'm still trying to figure things out, and it's not fun.
