Write down what you wish to say to them. Then read it back as though it were someone elses note to you. How would you resopnd to what you have to say if it were someone else saying it to you?

No matter what you may feel, control your anger.
Putting it in writting helps me to get it right. It also helps me not to forget something I may have forgotten in person. I have delivered such notes to someone, then waited for their response. It turned out well.
