If it a burden in your heat--pray and seek a way to approach your youth leader and see what kind of solutions can be brought to bear if they agree with you. But always act in lover and gentleness as possible--Who knows maybe God desires to use you to light the flame of revival in this youth group. Revival has to start somewhere and you are just a good a candidate as anyone else!! Answer: Just keep your eyes fixed on God, not on what the people around you are doing. Ultimately, you're only responsible before God for how _you_ live - and by living a life that shines God's love and joy into your church, you will stir up sleepy hearts in a way that just saying "What's wrong with you people?" wouldn't do. Let this drive you to more earnest prayer for your youth group, instead of giving you an excuse to join them in being lukewarm. Answer: Stay the course. Chrstianity isn't easy for you or anyone else. The Church is composed of many sinners and we are prone to wander from God. If your church wanders too far from God, then you'd need to find a new one, but until that point, I'd say continue to love and support your church. Pray for your pastors/deacons/elders/leaders (whatever your church has) and you remain faithful and do your part in the church and trust God to keep His children faithful to Himself. Yeah i agree totally. Nobody is perfect and because of that no church is perfect either! Like the saying goes "if you find the perfect church, dont go there cause you will ruin it" Juts keep your eyes focused in God, if you keep growing your friends will see that, and when they ask why you are, you will have a great opportunity to share with them!
