Question: how come everyone I like always has a girlfriend already? And why does it seem like everyone has a girlfriend/boyfriend? Answer: Because people are desperate to be loved, of course. Answer: Not everyone is dating someone. Not everyone you like is dating someone. Patience is the greatest thing when it comes to dating. Things must happen in God's timing, not your own. Believe me, I've learned the hard way... Just sit back and be patient. I've most recently experienced this in the sense of trying to pursue something, yet shouldn't have and it fell through, thankfully. Then, low and behold, I've developed a great relationship with a girl in different timing. As bad as it is, I would have to say, it's not about your timing at all. Like I said, sit back and be patient and you'll be okay. As hard as that sounds, it's pretty much your only option. Answer: Because we long for that which we can't have. Because our society makes people feel like there's something wrong with them if they aren't dating, and because people are so desperate for the affirmation that comes from being loved that they're willing to chase after even the _illusion_ of a helathy relationship - so people dive into relationships far too soon just because they can't stand being alone. Answer: Not everyone has a g/f or b/f! Its just that the ones who do are very loud about the fact they do, and the nes who dont, often dont say anything so you kinda assume they do... hmm complicated!
