Its been so long since i've felt excited..Happy..Or just expectant..Years. Is there something wrong with me or what? I can't get excited about ANYTHING. Its depressing.

Its depressing. I kno how you feel. It seems like you have more bad days than just good days and wenever the bad days come it sticks around a little longer. Its like that for me right now. I hate it but thats life and happy is a yuppie word.
Someone wise told me that as we grow older we get more responsibilities and b/c of those responsibilities, we constantly make decisions that tears us apart from what we want to do.

Currently..Nothing but housework and such. I just quit my recent job. So my life is pretty much made of housework, computer, and Church.

Maybe that's partially why....there's not an area of excitement in your life....if I were you I would choose a new hobby or plan a get together with a bunch of friends or something, just something to boost the excitement in your life....
From what I learned there are a few things we need for a happy life....first off God....second friends....third sometype of love, whether it be brotherly, relationships or whatever....and fourth sometype of joy or excitement....whether it be something you like to do or just a sense of contentment....I hope someone can further explain what I'm getting at...otherwise I'll add more later....

I do..Its just like I feel like my life isn't really going to begin until I start seeking my career in the military. Every since I was 14 or 15 years old i've wanted to be in the military..I feel like that desire was placed in me by God..Until then it just seems like its my place to just minister to the neighborhood the best way I know possible.
Maybe my lack of direction makes me unhappy?

I do think about it alot. What i'm going to do with the rest of my life.
I find it unfulfilling to work a everyday job.( No offence ) it just seems so..Trivial..I don't know how to explain it. I want to do something that I want to do as a career..Not something I just have to pay the bills. ( Of course I will if I have to. ) I just want to do something I like. I just don't know what it is I want to do. Any further advice would be great. Prayer would be appreciated.
