so i live in raleigh, nc not so fun place but anyways...iv'e always dreamed of something more, something like a huge house in LA or going on tour with like Hawk Nelson. lately iv'e really wanted to be more happy. i guess i need advice with like anything from good subjects to write about lin my lyrics and most importantly how i could get my name and God's name out there, i dont have the most money but i really want this dream to come true. please give advice. it might sound like some childhood dream you'e all ahd but i really want this

How old are you? Also, there is no sure fire way to get signed. Thousand of artists every day go out there and try and less than 1% of them get signed to a label. It's a bleak outlook but a truth you have to be willing to accept. The chances are that you will probably never be signed to a contract and never be big but that certainly doesn't mean you shouldn't try. 1st, start a band. 2nd find a style that you like that's unique enough to be noticed but still listenable by a large audience... Write your own music... and go out there and try to get gigs... you gotta start small too... don't expect for there to be more than 20 people at your first gig... and don't expect to get paid much or even at all at first... If you hit it hard enough, you'll get a small following of fans locally, and eventually you'll start getting paid for gigs... Hopefully one day you'll start opening for some larger bands and maybe if you're very lucky a talent scout will spot you... But first you have to accept that it's a very small possibility...

thanks man, well im 15 i know your probably laughing but its been a contiuous dream since i was like 4 and ive stuck with it and i have such a drive for and now i want something to come out from it.
