Great Scholarship sites

Question:
Does anyone know some good websites for me to find scholarships to apply for? My financial aid won't be enough to cover all my tuition, room&board, and books. So I was thinking of applying for some scholarships. Anything with writing is good for me. Thanks for any hints or suggestions.
Gwen
Answer:
Here are a couple of websites to help you look for some. They make you fill out a profile and then show you scholarships that match your interests. You still have to fill out seperate applications for each scholarship, but they may help shorten your search.
http://www.fastweb.com
http://www.finaid.org
Sad thing for me is that I don't qualify for the major ones. I'm not a first-generation college student, not a first-gen American or Californian, I'm not full Asian (or "enough" of any other ethnicity to qualify), I don't have stellar grades. and I'm a sophomore for the umpteenth time As far as I've seen, those are usually the most noteworthy award categories and generally carry with them the most money. There are always exceptions, though, of course.

Thanks I found the fastweb one, and I am the daughter of pastor, farmer, a first generational college goer, and my major Education has a lot of scolarships associated with it, also I will be over 25 when I start and a fresmen, so I will get special acknowledgment for that, also I have significant financial need.
