All these relationship questions depend almost entirely on the situation at hand. Maturity is a big factor, as is age. Where you are in your life, how you plan to have a relationship, your home life, your professional life. Especially your spiritual life. And then there's all those factors for the other party involved ("her") as well.

First things first: Are you born again? If so, you should be looking into the born again only category concerning the ladies. Nothing is more important than having a right relationship with God and honoring Him in all of our relationships.
Assuming that you both are interested and especially spiritually and physically compatible: If you only see her once a month, and have feelings for her, what are the possibilities that you may see her more if you tell her?
In addition, you may be interested to know what a wise man once said, "Never date anyone you wouldn't marry." (Dr. Adrian Rogers)
Also, remember what Jesus taught us, "Seek first the Lord and His righteousness, [in all things] and then all else will be added to you."

Well, I, for one, think you should tell her. It may come as a shock/surprise first, but, then again, it might not, but then again, it most likely will.
If she feels the same way about you, it could come to a "Happier ending", as they say.
I told the person that I like I likeed them, but I have NO on earth clue how it'll end up, or how he feels.
But, most of all, before you tell her, pray about it. Before doing anything, especially possibly starting a relationship, you should pray about it. See what God wants you to do..
