How do you get over a guy that you love completely but can't be with, mostly for church reasons? I've tried and tried but nothing works, I always end up calling him or he ends up calling me and we end up dating again. Plus he's really good friends with my uncle and we attend the same church which means he's always around. How do you get over someone that you really care about and see all the time?

Well, if you keep calling him and dating him, you're never gonna get over him. The only way to get over him is to not focus on him. It's also just gonna take time; that's just the way these things work.

Do you know anyone who can help keep you accountable in this? As bobthecockroach said, continually calling and dating this guy is not going to help you get over him. If you have a hard time not doing so, perhaps accountability and support will help you break the cycle.
