anger problems?

Question:
at what point does something go from being just a blow out, and getting rationally angry at stuff, to someone having an anger problem? When do you know that someone needs to get help controling their anger? The other person always seams worse then you when they are the ones angry, i'm sure they'd feel the same about you when you get angry... how do you know it isn't just something like that?
Answer:
Even outbursts are a bad signs. Although they are sometimes nearly uncontrolable, we should subdue our anger as much as we possibly can. If you get angry about something and blame someone else, but later realize that you were to blame, you might want to be more careful about accusations in the future.
It is kind of hard to answer your question because it's out of context, so that's the best I can do.

When unjustified anger becomes habitual, it is a problem.
Or perhaps more relevant...when their angry outbursts become a problem to you, or your relationship with that person, it is a problem. If someone is hurting people they care about because of their anger, it is a problem.
