i took a bunch of random pills in order to make my pain and stress go away, and i collapsed in the street while walking my dog.. i went home, and i laid down and couldn't get up..
i didn't want to kill myself.. i just wanted to forget what was happening, make my pain go away..

i've done that a few times. it can kill you. you need to be careful.

You need to find someone to help you in your home town, right away. You are lucky that you were able to get home. There are a lot of pills that you can take that won't kill you, but they can really mess up your internal organs. So you probably won't die, but you could end up with some health problems that aren't pretty.

i'm scared to see a doctor Hey sweetie, I understand that Fear of the doctor, i am scared to death of doctors, but this is serious. I am surprised your parents have'nt taken you to a doctor yet, that makes me nervous. You really need help, you should try talking to someone at a church (if you attend one) maybe a youth minister or a pastor and see if they can help you. You shouldn't take pills unless they are prescribed by a doctor, It can evensually make you very sick. Please talk to someone about this problem as soon as you can

I have a good reason to not like doctors, and it's much to my detriment.
You do not want to have permanent damage to your stomach, liver, kidneys and esauphagus that can happen due to intentional overdosing. It's too late for this time, but if you ever do this again, get your stomach pumped. Honest, it's not worth it.

Like redbarron said you may be unaware of the damage already done to yourself internally. I'd see a doctor. Better to be safe than sorry.
