Girl I really Like

Question:
I'm a Senior in HS heading to college and i'm dating a freshman in HS. I really love God and everything about this girl and I hope everything keeps going good between us but I feel like i'm drifting a little from God because of this relationship and my busy life. Any suggestions on a way I could make more time for God and maybe even involve my GF.
Thanks,
Alex

Alex Maybe you should weigh out the reality of this relationship. Do you see the relationship itself lasting into your college life? Not to mention hers? Also if this relationship is at fault for you drifting away, (as you think it is) maybe that's something else to think about with the future of the relationship.
Answer:
I can attest to the fact that a high school/college relationship is extremly difficult. I dated a girl that was 2 years older than myself for 3 years. The difference in the lifestyles of college and high school strain the relationship. Also you might find that you'll hit college and you will mature(want things) at a different level than that of the high schooler. Thats a lot of the reason me and the girl are no longer together. She matured and wanted to move to a level(in our spirtitual life as a couple) that I was incapable of giving and sadly at the time not wanting. A year after the breakup I have reached the point where im deeply, and irrationally in love with a Savior. My point of the rant is that make sure you get your ducks in a row and put yourself in the center of the will of God and things will be as they should

If your relationship is pulling you away from God, the solution is not to just bring God into your relationship. Take some time away from the relationship and devote it to God. You can't simultaneously be putting your relationship and God first in your life. It's one or the other.
