Thankyou both. For awhile I was worried that he was going to die of the cancer they found in his chest. Just like uncle Wayne did. That was just so hard I didn't want to go through that again and didn't want him to go through that same agonizing time of pain. I think what killed him was his heart though (an attack of some sort). I'm going to miss seeing him around. Aunt Leona will probably be soon to follow with the death of her husband. Her health has never been all that good and it was Uncle Tom who was always helping her get around. I'm going to really miss Uncle Tom's stories. Playing chess with him and all of that. Considering that both of my grandfathers died when I was really young, I always considered him one of my grandfathers. Along with grandpa comer who married my grandmother and died last year in a car crash. So I am now officially grandfatherless in any respect of the word.
I suppose this is just a fact of life that I've got to accept and have been having to accept the past three years.
