I've got a lot going on... A lot that most people don't know a/b me... some of this is my fault, as I hide the problems... until I feel that I have them under control or can deal with them... Some of these issues are really serious and I don't know how to deal with them, and I am pretty sure that I should be seeking help/advice... but I lack the "want" to do so
