Unworthy
Question: I heard somthing my pastor said,it really touched me.So I wanted to write somthing from the heart on this subject. Have you really thought about how much we are blessed to be able to pray to the Lord Jesus Christ???Think about it,how unworthy we are.It really humbles me when I think about it.We are blessed to be able to come boldly to the throne of grace and talk to Him,we can actually have a conversation with Him.How unworthy are we,still in our earthly flesh and yet we can still Feel His presence washing over us as we cry to Him in times off need,In times of worship and praise,in times when we just need some one to talk too.We need not take this blessing lightly,We are Highly Blessed, because we are Highly unworthy. Answer: very true. ya know, often we think that we deserve things, and we order god around and stuff, but like you said, we are completely unworthy!! totally agree with you. thanx for the reminder. Well brother your Pastor touch your heart, and you in turn touched mine with total truth. You are already being used by God greatly, you just do not know how much. In the tesimony forum I share the tesimony of the first time I experienced this truth. I think it will bless you just look for the one wriiten by prophet song. Answer: I think since this isn't exactly a story or a poem, it would fit better in Testimonies/Sharing. Answer: Thank you for that reminder. It is amazing to think that if I have a problem I can't just call George Bush and expect him to listen. I can't even call the mayor of my city and expect to get an appointment in less than a week. But the King of Kings has an open door policy with no waiting in line. He is never too busy for us. Come boldly to the throne of grace, Ye wretched sinners come; And lay your load at Jesus' feet, And plead what He has done. "How can I come?" some soul may say, "I'm lame and cannot walk; My guilt and sin have stopped my mouth; I sigh but dare not talk." Come boldly to the throne of grace, Though lost and blind and lame; Jehovah is the sinner's Friend, And ever was the same. He makes the dead to hear His voice, He makes the blind to see. The sinner lost He came to save, And set the pris'ner free. Come boldly to the throne of grace, For Jesus fills the throne; And those He kills He makes alive, He hears the sigh or groan. Poor bankrupt souls, who feel and know The hell of sin within, Come boldly to the throne of grace, The Lord will take you in. - William Gadsby Answer: Wow I know what mean. How lucky we are to even be able to pray to God even though were are unworthy. Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
