Hey guys,
Some of you are big fans of Dr. J.I. Packer - author of books like Knowing God and Evangelism and the Sovereignty of God - arguably, one of the most influential theologians in evangelical Christendom today. Anyway, he goes to my church, and I was talking to him this morning and he's going in for eye surgery (to have a cataract cleared) tomorrow. It's a fairly routine procedure I'm sure, but I'd hate for that man's eyesight to be injured in some freak accident. He's got some fighting the good fight left to do yet, I'm sure (he's getting pretty old!). Please pray for him, guys.
