I think you need to stop thinking bad thoughts right now, Derek. I will pray for you, but you need to go to the Lord in prayer yourself now. Even if it seems like you are talking to the wall.
Find something positive to think about, and find something to do - go for a walk or a bike ride, or call a friend or your sister.
For the rest, my brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things have honour, whatever things are upright, whatever things are holy, whatever things are beautiful, whatever things are of value, if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, give thought to these things.
