Dad's Salvation

Question:
MY Dad will come to church with us sometimes and he understands some of what you have to do to be saved but he has too much pride to just surrender it all to christ and I don't have much success when I try to talk to him about it How can I really get thw conversation goin and what to say?????
_Please help me out by responding and giving me opinions and your prays....thanks!!!!!!!!
Answer:
These are hard situations. I will be praying that God will soften his heart and make him receptive to hearing the salvation message. Are there any adult Christian men in your life who might have a better chance of reaching him, peer to peer? That's just a thought. He is so fortunate to have a son who loves him and is so concerned about his eternal life. God bless you.
Answer:
You can't force anyone's heart to soften. Humans are stubborn, prideful creatures, My step-father is the same way. Don't force it on him but everyone in a while talk to him lightly about it. And pray, pray, pray.
I'll be praying for you.
