break-in..please pray

Question:
i was babysitting tonight, and there was a break in and the kids are ok, and i'm ok, but now that i'm home and its all over i feel like i could burst into tears. i was feeding them dinner and i heard someone run up the stairs, and i thought maybe the parents had forgotten something and come back real quick. but then they didn't say anything and jakob said "oh! mommys home!" so i said what did you hear? and he said "mommy going upstairs!". i've been spooked many times while babysitting...but i know without a doubt the holy spirit was telling me "get the kids. get out." the phone was right there by me so i grabbed it, took the kids and ran out the garage door. the cops came and guns blazing searched the house but whoever it was escaped.
i'm terrified to go to bed and i feel sick to my stomach thinking about what could have happened....please pray for me...

I'll pray for you tonight. God will protect you, you'll be fine dont worry
Answer:
You definitely did the right thing getting out of the house. That was a very wise decision. Don't beat yourself up over what could have happened, but just be glad that God protected you and the kids.
In His love,
Nate
Answer:
Yea, exactly what Nate said. The most important thing is that you and the kids are OK. You did the right thing to get the kids, the phone and get out. That's the best you could do. I can understand why you're a bit spooked from that night. Don't worry about what could have happened, because I can't think of a better way that you could have reacted. I'll be praying for you.
In Christ,
Patrick
