hey,
i just found out that my best friend, Hailee, has been struggling with depression for quite some time and has been hiding it from everyone that loves her. she thinks so lowly of herself and she hates her life. she has gotten so good at hiding her depression, it is like she is a happy amazing girl, but she truly isn't. please pray for her. the things she is depressed about and what she thinks of herself aren't true. i feel so bad that i didnt realize before now that she is having such a hard time. her being so down has actually effected me too, i'm not as happy and chipper as i usually am, now that i know how depressed she is. i hate it cause she doesnt even have a reason to be depressed, at least no reason that she's told me. it is just little things she thinks about herself that aren't true. Please pray for her.
